CRAFTSMANSHIP GUARANTEE & REPAIR POLICY
Craftsmanship is guaranteed for one year with normal use and careful storage. Sometimes, under normal wear, pins can crack, wires can break, earring loops can open, etc. If these things happen, please contact me and I will do my best to restore your treasured piece of jewelry! Buyer is responsible only for the cost of shipping the item back. I will pay for return shipping.

Please note that the blackened or oxidized finish on pieces will fade with use. Oxidation is not a hard finish like paint or metal. To keep the finish longer do not wash your jewelry with soap or clean it with an anti-tarnishing cloth, or you will remove the finish. I will gladly blacken the piece again for you if you like. If you will trust my quality craftsmanship, I will place my trust in you not to rock climb, skydive, shower, swim, sleep or let babies tug on your necklace, etc., while wearing our jewelry pieces! (It is okay to sleep in the sleeper earrings.)Please note, I do not guarantee to repair damage due to accidents on your part or rough wear, but If you ever need an item repaired for those reasons, just contact me and I will quote you the repair cost. Descriptions with photos are very helpful in giving an accurate quote.

If any parts or stones are missing there will be a repair charge for those parts as well as labor. I will contact you and let you know what the charge will be before hand. CUSTOM DESIGNS
Not seeing quite what you had in mind, I can make a custom design for you. Email me for a custom order, use the email icon in the upper lefthand corner of this page, and include a description of what you have in mind, your time frame, and budget. Prices are dependent on raw materials, types of stones selected, the amount of labor and complexity of design.

I will go over the design, materials and cost of fabricating your piece. Once the specifics are agreed upon we will send a confirmation email itemizing the details of your order. Custom orders are not returnable. No refunds are given for custom ordered items, nor can orders be canceled once item is in production. Most custom orders take between 3 to 4 weeks for fabrication. They often take longer than made to order items, due to the time it takes to gather special raw supplies that I don’t normally use, or tools needing to complete the order.

SHIPPING
Made to order and custom orders take some time to make before shipping. Some items can be made quickly, so ask how long it will take, I maybe able to turn it around quick for you. Made to order items can take up to 2 weekS (10 business days). All items ship with tracking. All orders from stock will ship within 1-2 business days from the date of payment, via USPS. When possible stock orders ship same day. When shipping internationally, customs can delay packages.

Orders of $500 or more requier signature confirmation for insurance coverage, no exceptions.

SHIPPING DAMAGE
If you receive an item that has shipping damage, please let us know right away so we can help you get a refund or a replacement is a timely manner.

All packaging material and damaged goods must be kept in the original form as received. Packaging and damaged goods should not be disposed of, released to the shipping carrier, or returned to the seller before a claim is completed. Failure to comply can result in the denial of the claim.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
If you are not satisfied, you can return your order within 14 days of delivery. Items must be packed in its original packing, as delivered not damaged and not used. You may try the item on to see if it fits and it is comfortable for you to wear, but keep in mind if there are signs of wear, like deep scratches, the item may not be returned.

Purchase price is refunded, minus a 15% restocking fee.

To proceed with the return, please contact us and explain your situation and provide tracking information on your return. You will receive the refund via Paypal or Etsy, depending on what site you purchased from, it usually takes 3-7 business days after I initiate the refund on my end. Paypal sometimes issues the refund same day.

Products that are damaged after shipping, visibly used or returned more than 14 days after delivery are not eligible for refunds. No refunds are given for custom made items, including chains cut to size.

TAXES
New York residents please note: sales tax will be added to your purchase. Import taxes and VAT taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Please make sure you know the law in your country before you order.

PRIVACY POLICY
I do not sell or trade your information to third parties ever. I will not transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information unless we provide you with advance notice. This does not include website hosting partners and other parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others’ rights, property, or safety.However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.
